Day care Online Invoicing

Anyone who runs a day care knows how much paperwork is involved.  I know I regularly feel completely overwhelmed and swamped by the ongoing battle to keep all the forms, contracts, reports and policies up to date - no matter how organised my system.  Due to the nature of our business not only do we have the normal bookkeeping aspect of paperwork but we also have to contend with the mounds of regulatory penpushing associated with child care.  Most of this paperwork is a necessary and unavoidable aspect of running a day care so….what day care owner or manager in their right mind would'nt welcome a little helping hand to alleviate some of the workload?

Over the years I have found that one of the most tedious, thankless and time consuming tasks attached to running my child care business is that of payment collection.  I feel I am on an endless treadmill of calculating bills, issuing invoices, sending reminders, and more reminders, registering payments, issuing receipts and on and on…. What if there were an easier way and one that could free me up to do more important things like…play with the kids.  I'm all for anything that helps ban mundane, repetitive tasks hence I'm loving the idea of 'online invoicing'.  Check out this article for ideas on working towards less paperwork….
