Bunnies and Boards!

'Tis that time of the year when oval, chocolatey things tempt us all and cute bunnies of varying shapes and sizes abound.  The many festivals throughout the year definitely lend themselves to lots of inspirational arts and crafts in day care land.  I could have wallpapered the entire building with all the lovely, fluffy bunny cards that were created during this  past week - I only hope the parents realise all the sweat and tears that went into these fine works of art (step away from the scissors!!).

Speaking of inspiration, I actually get a lot of ideas for my articles from a fabulous discussion forum peopled by an array of devastatingly, delicious, dedicated day care providers.  I highly recommend checking out the Child Care Provider boards at www.ivillage.com for ideas, advice and much mutual laughing/grinding of teeth.  These chicks do it, they know it and have the scars to prove it.  Drop in for the occassional chat or just a good old lurk!
